Q: Can you accommodate other dietary restrictions?

A: My goal is to accommodate everyone! Contact me with your restrictions, and I will see what I can do.

Q: Do you have a storefront?

A: No. I operate out of my home in Lee's Summit, MO under the Missouri Cottage Food Law.

Q: Are you a certified gluten free/nut free facility?

A: Since I operate out of my own home, I am not. However, I have dedicated gluten, dairy, egg, soy, and peanut free free utensils, cookware, and bakeware. I use almonds in some of my baked goods, but never peanuts. If you have concerns, please contact me.

Q: Do you use tree nuts?

A: Yes, I used almond flour in some of my recipes. However, there are some recipes that do not use tree nuts. Contact me if you have questions about specific recipes.

Q: What ingredients and brands do you use?

A: I use a multitude of ingredients, and each recipe is unique. Every ingredient I use is certified gluten free. If you are concerned regarding ingredients and possible adverse allergy/dietary reactions, please see the "Ingredient Information" page and contact me for more information about specific recipes.

A: For custom cake orders, please place your order at least 3 weeks in advance. For all other orders, please place them at least 3 days in advance.

A: I take wedding orders on a case by case basis given my availability and expertise. Please contact me at least 2 months in advance for more information.
